Shipping policy

DELIVERY
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders above $300 through trusted carriers. Orders below $300 are subject to shipping charges ranging approximately from $30 to $65 depending on destination country.
Estimated delivery times are generally between 3 and 5 business days; however, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We currently ship within the US only.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise expressly stated, such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Products are generally shipped without boxes, hangers, or certain accessories unless otherwise specified. Customers requiring boxes, hangers, dust bags, or other packaging accessories are encouraged to contact us before shipment. Additional charges may apply.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders in our discretion, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized resale activity, shipping restrictions, pricing inaccuracies, or product unavailability.
Customers are encouraged to inspect packages immediately upon delivery and promptly notify us in case of missing items, damaged packages, or delivery issues.
RETURNS
Customers wishing to exercise return rights or report defective merchandise should contact us at info@mrpianik.com within 48 hours from delivery with details of the request.
Once return authorization or instructions have been provided, returned items must be shipped back within 30 days from delivery.
Returned products must:
- remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered;
- include original packaging, labels, tags, dust bags, containers, and accessories;
- be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, legal, or commercial reasons. Any applicable exclusions will be communicated at the time of purchase or otherwise specified on the Website.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will generally be processed within approximately 5–7 business days after returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved. Processing times may vary depending on payment providers, financial institutions, and card issuers.
Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise required by applicable law.
